At the same time, the establishment of the oil film in the bearing also requires a certain air compressor oil pressure to supply oil, otherwise the oil film is easy to damage, causing accidents such as grinding and burning bearings.

In some air compressors, a certain amount of lubricating oil also leads to a hydraulic axial displacement safety device and a constant pressure anti-flight device, which controls and protects the air compressor. The air compressor oil pressure is also required to be within a certain range. If it is too high or too low, it will cause malfunction and affect the safe operation of the machine.

The normal air compressor oil pressure is generally controlled at 0.1 to 0.15 MPa (gauge pressure). When the air compressor oil pressure is lower than 0.06MPa (gauge pressure), an audible and visual alarm signal will be issued and the auxiliary oil pump will be automatically activated. When it can not return to normal, the air compressor oil pressure will continue to drop to 0.05MPa (gauge pressure), it will automatically stop.

The reasons for the pressure drop of the air compressor and the troubleshooting measures are:

1) The clearance of the gear pump is too large. Need to adjust again according to requirements;

2) The tubing is broken or there is a leak in the coupling flange. Replace the new tubing or flange;

3) The oil filter is clogged. Be careful to clean;

4) The oil in the fuel tank is insufficient. To add new oil;
